Yes Maureen. It was done by the King of England too, with William Tyndale.

Heine wrote that 100 years before the Hitler regime. That's a sobering thought.

...many years ago I went to a bucks show in a shearing shed, everyone was using the grating as the mens room (As opposed to the 'sheeps' room) one bloke however, decided to go around the corner of the shed....he came back as white as a ghost...(I hope that isn't racist... :roll: ) he wasn't aware that there was an electric fence running away from the corner of the shed....water is a good conductor of electricity.

As a teenager, I had boyfriend who lived on a farm and he thought he'd trick me. He got me to hold on to an electric fence (not knowing it was hot), only I had gum boots on and he was holding my hand (you do that when you are a teenager) and guess who got whacked! Ha! there's a good reason he became an ex. :)
