Happy birthday Maureen I know you will enjoy your special day and the girls will probably make you breakfast in bed.

Cheers Bob Ps you can watch landline in archives as the second part was about sheep !

Thanks everyone - my quiet day with the girls blew out to 9 adults and 3 littlies appearing on the doorstep - my old house is not geared for this number so had to do a quick clean up under the house and spent the day there in relative coolness. Mum and I and both the dogs all overwhelmed by the noise and activity of three littlies tearing around and screaming. Mahalia opted to stay upstairs on her own out of the road, Ellyssa was being a sooky la la hovering around me - they've all gone home now,, and sanity reigns once more.

Son and DIL bought a feast of smoked salmon and pate, brie cheese, bruschetta with some beautiful tequila marinated olives and champagne as it was supposed to be just the 3 of us but had to pad it out with some Pizzas, garlic bread and a cheesecake to feed the multitude.

Did have a lovely day though and my pressie which freaked both the girls out was a life sized stuffed border collie. Elly wanted to eat it and Mahalia was just giving it the evil eye and staying well away from it.

Thank God that's over for another year - off to take some antacid tablets and grab a coffee and maybe a nanna nap

Gawd-I was worn out just reading what you got up to Maureen.
Good on you and ditto to Robyns words, you are a wonderful ambassador for Bush Poerty.
Happy Birthday :)
