Yes, Ross, I've been thinking a compass might not be a bad idea. Probably should get a sextant and a chronometer, too.

I did think of sunscreen Stephen, but I thought, No, Stephen is a doctor, of course he will remember the sunscreen! :) ;)

Hmmm. I do put sunscreen on them sometimes, but sometimes I forget. I don't think they are made of skin, anyway. They seem to be constructed from some very fine but indestructible alloy...probably a spin-off from the space programme.

See, now I think you are making excuses Stephen. I really think you should get a broadbrimmed hat - you can get them with straps so they don't blow off. Or you could tie a scarf over your cap to cover your poor neglected, unloved ears...
