Hi Manfred
Thanks for giving my book a mention.
The Forum has paid a big part in my learning of the intricate art of writing Bush Poetry.
It may appear as though I haven’t been at the game long enough to be putting out a book,
The truth is that I’m getting a bit long in the tooth and thought I’d better have a go why I still can mate.
Also thanks everyone for your comments.
I’m still up bush at the moment perched on a hill trying to get a signal.
As for my favourite poem I also like ‘The Old Mine’ but have a special feeling for ‘Walking With Ghosts’ but suspect you probably need to have spent a fair bit of time out here to know what it’s all about.
Cheers Terry

Re: Terry Piggott - Around the Campfire
Got Mum staying with me at the moment so I have given her Terry's book and also Kym's Wild Brumbie Heaven for a bit of light reading.
They all passed muster
She was mightily impressed. I knew she would be.
Cheers
Maureen

Thanks David & Maureen,
It's always rewarding to hear that someone has enjoyed your poems.
I haven't read Kym's book but I'll bet it's a beauty.
Regards Terry
