There once was a time when my posts were the most
and the ABPA site was my favourite host.
But now I'm fulfilling a dream, on the side
and I'm learning to play. It's amazing, that ride.
I'm making new friends and I'm loving the song
as each week we practice so we don't go wrong.
We have taken a booking at a festival
and I know I for one will be nerveous as hell.
Now I know that the metre is out in this poem
but I'm making an effort because I'm at home.

Frost bitten is the word Marty. The sky is black - must be snowing somewhere I'd reckon. My fingers and toes are freezing. Can't help thinking of warmer places today - dreaming, dreaming...

Had another 30 people at the hotel tonight as well really tuckered out after a full day at work. The boss played golf and I was on my own with all the bookings. Could not fit another van in if we tried.
