yes Allan she gets a nice and dry heat but it is not that darn high humidity that those northern coastal members get and there is good fishing for cod, yellow belly, redfin, trout, in the mountains, silver perch and those darn carp, bill

But you will get gorgeous autumns Allan. No matter where you go you are going to get at least three months of the year that are either too hot, too cold or too humid. That's just how it is.

It is always worth enduring the extremes to relish the beauty. Spring has been welcoming, and I am sure that Autumn will be spectacular :D
