Thank you for all your kind wishes. I can report I had a lovely day, with a gathering of friends at the Binalong Pub for dinner. Good food, good company... what else could one wish for to celebrate the click of another year!

Many, many happy returns of the day. I hope you received at least one of your birthday wishes.
As is often the case --I'm late. For this I apologise. I guess I didn't read all the site yesterday.
Rudd and Abbott are fussing about National Broadband, saying how fast it will be.. I'd be happy with two computers and the same speed downloads we have now. I might have to get into the habit of using my ipad. The wifi modem can cope with two users. Often I have to vacate the 'hot seat' so someone else can have a turn at the keyboard. Not complaining, just saying.
