It is I who should apologise to you. I have been so absent lately that I hadn't noticed that you were not your usual constructive contributor. I hope you have some support to get you through the 'night'. One consolation - dawn always follows the darkness. As Neil said, we all have our bad times but should look to the future. If you must look back - try to remember the good days.

I'm another one who totally missed whatever it is you are apologizing for, so obviously no apologies necessary from my point of view. I'll skip the platitudes (I'm not too good on the deep and meaningful stuff) and just wish you the very best. I hope you feel better soon, that out of control feeling really sucks doesn't it mate?
