If you are gonna have one of them you may as well get a dog ???

I still love 'em. I took two of my little mares to a stallion for a sleepover recently, so I might have my own little teeny-weeny bubbies in 11 months. :roll:

You stoopid blokes have your footy and your bathhurst rubbish, I looooove my ponies!!! They are sooo cute. Cuter than all of yous put together. :lol:

I'm with you Kym - and yes Bob he certainly could sleep on your bed or sit on the sofa and watch telly. If he was mine he would. I remember reading that these were being used as assistance animals probably in America - the same as we have assistance dogs over here to help blind people to get around. Horses are terribly smart so that made sense to me and right there you have a use for them.

Thanks for that link Maureen, I checked it out and was all geared up to buy the book "Helping Hooves" (for $20) about training miniature horses as guide horses, but the postage came to $103!!! Can't be! I'll continue to suss out other sources ...

Well don'tbuy it from Amazon - they want $1297 for the book but the postage is only $3.95...perhaps they throw in the horse for free :lol: :lol: :lol:

How the heck can that be????? That's flippin' ridiculous!!! Gotta be a mistake there ...

My advice for the day is:

If you open a bag of fairy floss to keep you company while you watch a movie, be a greedy-guts eat the whole thing right there and then, cos if you chose to leave half for tomorrow, it will just be a shrivelled up, hard little lump by the next day. True story. :cry:
