I’m with you Zondrae you can spend a couple of weeks trying to get a poem or yarn right then some one from the audience comes up and says goodonya I loved that then all the pain and stress just goes away.

TTFN Dave.

G'day Bob,

I have just downloaded the photo of the three of us at Yeppoon. Now give me, in common language, the directions to posting it here. please. It is a great shot of all of us (I think). I really want to share it.

Thanks for the tips Bob.

I am off this morning in pouring rain, to perform for the Relay for Life. I feel for the teams that have had to walk all night in the rain. Oh well I'll put my 'Driza' on and my leather hat. Hear that Bob.. yes, I said a hat. I'll look the part and hope to bring a few smiles to the faces of the half frozen fund raisers. I am only booked for a 20 minute spot but with this weather who knows how long I'll have the stage for. I'll get back to you shortly.

Cancel the above: there has been so much rain that the whole of the entertainment for the function was cancelled. However the wonderful people still continued to walk their laps of the oval to earn the donations as promised to their sponsors. I'll post the amount raised if I hear the official count.
