HOw did your reciting go? I am sure the residents loved it - for your poetry is wonderful.

Leonie - I hope you are recording your chats with your uncle!! What a privilege to be able to sit and listen to him tell his stories. But having a fairly simple mp3 player with recording ability, or digital recorder will ensure that his stories are kept intact. (And give you lots of inspiration for poems in the future!!) Just sit it near you both while he is talking - with his permission of course!!
