I have just returned from performing
The Illawarra Folk Club present a concert once a month at the City Diggers Club in central Wollongong.
For the last two months, Illawarra Breakfast Poets have been the mystery guests. This allows us to present a few poems to open the show. It is a great chance for us to advertise our gatherings and get in some performance practice. Our poetry is always well received. Tonight there were four of us on stage. There was a smaller than usual crowd because of a storm that hit just about the time everyone would be leaving home .(so didn't.)
