Nose Breathing

Post by Stephen Whiteside » Sat Aug 13, 2016 6:13 pm

It's still that time of year...

Nose Breathing

Nose breathing’s just the thing for healthy life for me.
It warms and it humidifies my air efficiently.
It means the breath that I inhale is in tip-top condition.
It means my clever nose has been successful in its mission.

Nose breathing is so good. It leads the way all day.
It keeps my fair locks shiny, and it stops then turning grey.
It keeps my two cheeks rosy, and it keeps my fingers pink.
Breathing through your nose means more than maybe you might think!

I feel the greatest sympathy for those who have a cold,
Or maybe it’s hay fever. They CAN’T do as they are told.
Their nose is blocked. If they should try to breathe through it, they’ll die,
And so their body has to work with air that’s cold and dry.

Air that’s cold and dry is air you really should avoid.
I know you’ve heard me say it often. (Please, don’t get annoyed.)
I simply think that EVERYONE should know how great life goes
When your mouth is saved for eating, and you just breathe through your nose!

When my sniffer isn't working properly it is indeed unpleasant.

We take so much for granted at times.

Enjoyed the read Stephen.
