GOOD VIBRATIONS

Post by Maureen K Clifford » Sun Apr 21, 2013 5:31 pm

who says Bush Poets don't write about modern everyday happenings going on here in Oz. I dispute that.  Here's an up to date news flash in case you missed it.

UNDERCOVER THRILLS AND SPILLS

There’s some new fangled type undies just released, should be a lark,
though they were designed for lovers, perhaps best used in the dark
where the flush of high excitement on your face just can’t be seen
and your wriggle and your giggle wont be considered obscene.

Seems these understated undies now have fore play on their mind,
if they get you thinking dirty, you can repay back in kind,
you can touch and tease each other with the use of your iphone
though there may be miles between you, Fundawear will make you moan.

Now I get it and I think it’s cool and no doubt would be fun,
unless perhaps you wore them to your work and then the one
who pushes all your buttons has an urge to make you squirm
as a time quite inconvenient – when you need to hold firm.

You might perhaps be a rigger who needs a cool head to start
and cannot be interrupted by the matters of the heart
when suspended up four hundred feet above a busy street.
That would not be a great place for a 'lover to undies' tweet.

And God forbid you take your iphone out to have a look
and see the places being touched – my God the whole earth shook.
Would your sensual satisfaction then breach workplace health and safety?
And should the boss be worried re quality control matey?

‘twill be more than fond heart beating in virile lovers chest
as his fingers fondle iphones apps she feels them on her breast
as her bra begins to pulsate and her passion starts to rise.
Both her knickers and her knockers go into full overdrive.

Seems the future as we know it, of foreplay here in Oz
has actually improved and that is just because
‘How ya doing’ just won’t cut it and ‘g’day’ is somewhat crass
as a means of sexual foreplay before grabbing onto ass.

No, today our men are cultured, they embrace sexual nuance
and our women want to be wooed by a romantic advance,
so it seems that Fundawear will a niche market now fulfil.
They’ll be selling by the thousands to those looking for a thrill.

I may not always succeed in making a difference, but I will go to my grave knowing I at least tried.

The purpose in life is to have fun.
After you grasp that everything else seems insignificant !!!

You've got me all excited Maur'
And that is so unfair
'Cause since they took my prostate
Nothing really works down there. :(

Don't worry Wazz I confess I am not now hot to trot
not since the operation where they took away a lot
but one thing I am blessed with is a great imagination
and at least I can recall a quite similar sensation.

Heather ... melody and lyrics by Rogers and Hart 1935 and sung by Bing Crosby.
I can't speak for Maureen but these lines could have been written for me.
"It's easy to remember,
But so hard to forget."
