WEEPING WILLOW

WEEPING WILLOW

Why do you weep so, oh poor weeping willow?
Be not your beauty reflected to thee,
in crystalline waters that pass by below, while
your majesty's mirrored for all there to see?
Why do you weep by the banks of the river?
Is beauty beyond more than you can endure?
Do breezes pass through you, and all of a quiver
you stand there while guarding the river bank shore?
Weep not, my dear willow, just look to reflections.
and gaze upon beauty, and bear witness to
the shimmering shades of your emerald suggestions
carried on waters that bid you adieu.
If this be a picture, a portrait, fine art,
then commit thee to memory, and be still my heart.

Very nice Allan
the door is always open, the kettles always on, my shoulders here to cry on, i'll not judge who's right or wrong.
