Without paying
You will be arrested

If you buy cheap as dirt
And sell at exorbitant prices
If you market useless rubbish to children
If you sell wares that fall far short of claimed quality
You will not be arrested

If you take cotton shirts
Plastic baubles or cheap
Kitchenware
Without paying
You will be arrested
