Thanks Terry. I think it's good for traditional Australian poetry if everyone gets to 'have a turn' at the top. I am amazed at how many of our award-worthy poems (and therefore poets) move up and down the evaluation ladder, depending on the competition. I enjoy being in the mix at this time in the company of so many talented artists whose poems I get to read are an inspiration to continue writing.
