Pt.Douglas QCWA poetry comp result.

Just a short note to let you all know that the 4th annual Port Douglas QCWA poetry competition has been drawn, this competition is open to any style & only has 1 winner, no 2nd's or 3rd's etc. & attracts entries from Oz wide.

This year the winner is...............ME!!!!... :oops: I'm quite chuffed for as I understand from the lady who informed me of my win, there was some very good entries. I entered 4 bush poems & 2 free verse "bushie type" poems & one of my free verse poems was the winner..... :shock:

Oh always argue with them Dave it keeps them on their toes and you only have to let them win occassionally just to let them keep thinking they are superior.
