Received from Ellen Finlay, co-ordinator of the 2020 Bronze Spur ...
1st and Winner of the Bronze Spur - Lawson's Legacy - by Shelley Hansen Qld
2nd - Aussie Mateship - by Shelley Hansen Qld
3rd - Fortunes of War - by Terry Piggott WA
H.C. - Following Waltzing Matilda - by Helen Harvey NSW
Congratulations Terry and Helen! I am in great company here.
Another round of applause for Maureen and her able co-conspirator Neville for the writing workshop. My poem Lawson's Legacy began its life as homework on this Forum! It is certainly not the first time that I've had success with a poem that may never have been written if not for our writing prompts! Keep them coming, I say!
Cheers
Shelley
