Boyup Brook

Post by mummsie » Thu Feb 22, 2018 8:00 pm

Last week I not only had the pleasure of attending the Boyup Brook Country Music Festival in WA, I also got to catch up with fellow forum members Irene Connor & Dave Smith.
Irene & Dave were among the first to welcome me to the site when I joined back in 2011, but distance has always been a barrier-until recently.
I met Irene for the first time at Toodyay-WA last November where Id also hoped to catch up with Dave. But it wasn't to be. Dave took ill and had to return home. Our meeting, it seemed, was just not meant to be...until last week when my wish was granted. Although not well Dave made it across to Boyup Brook for the festival and here we are, Dave, Irene & yours truly. Thank you Dave and thank you Irene.
