Thank you for your kind comments ... :D

This is a Mate's daughter who had the most captivating smile on a cheeky, dimpled face. I couldn't help myself and had to 'capture' it ... :D

They're very good Manfred. I have been interested in having a look at your art work for some time, haven't been able to find any till now. Thanks for that. My favourite here is the 17 year old's portrait, very sympathetic feel to it. I like the composition. Top stuff.

Manfred mate that is bloody terrific !!!

A man of many talents. Yes Nev the second one is a beauty. I can see a likeness to you from pictures you have posted earlier Manny.

Still I'm envious of people with such talent.

I will post one of mine from my teen years if i can find it.

Cheers Bob

Thank you Nev, Bob and Heather, my art box has been gathering dust for a while now so a BIG thank you to Glenny for posting and prompting me to 'dust off' the gear ...

I used to love taking sketchpad and pencils and inks out bushwalking and churn through the pad ...

Here's a couple of 'Nature' ones ...

Here you go Nev, some detail for you. A pen and ink piece, over a pencil sketch. The actual frog was drawn using black and white inks over coloured paper. A little background brush-works (the green branch and black background)...
The Echidna was in dry pastel and the portraits were in black (and coloured) pencils on textured paper.
