I kinda remember metric coming in. I do remember rulers being 12 inches.

My sister and her friends had skipping with poetic accompaniment. Not me.

I went to get some dollars but i only found a cent
Then I broke into a shuffle as along the road I went.
I got my coins all mixed up and could not tell them apart
But then I heard some music that sounded like Mozart.
