I see sadly that they are still relying on snail mail for entries to this competition ... with the new Post Office slow deliveries in force, surely the time has never been better than to allow electronic entries and payment by Pay Pal ... after all most of the folks who enter are probably gleaning their info from web sites like ours via the internet, so it is not as if they don't have the ability to enter events electronically. At least you can now make a payment via a direct debit which is a plus so why not go that one step further
