Do you recall the first of the "co-written poems' -'BEneath Her Wings' ?
I took a copy and read it at IBP two weeks back. When I was finished reading it, I noticed I was not the only one with wet eyes. We did a great job of that one didn't we. It is a pity there isn't a section in a comp that we could give it a run in. Perhaps the ABPA executive might look at having something in their guidelines that could cover co- written pieces. (as long as all those contributing are listed and acknowledged correctly)
I may bring it up early next year and, who knows, the 'Kembla Flame' comp could become a ground braker. Any thoughts on the matter?
