Hey I have been searching the internet for bush poetry videos and there does not seem to be a lot out there.

Then I thought perhaps some of those who attend events might be able to video performances and post them onto the site so us less fortunate folk who work can see whats happening ?

What do ya reckon I would rather watch them then whats on the box anyway.

You can open a box of worms there Bob. The person performing the poem has the right to view the footage first and then decide if it is either suitable or representative enough of their style to give permission for it to be put up on the net. I have had certain people post some of my poetry and have had to ask them to take it down. It's like candid photography. They will always get you at your worse. Some Poets have put out DVDs (and most say they will never do a second) and they don't want a product they sell put up for free. But as always, there will be a handful of people trying to steal footage to post without permission. It's a very big bug-bear of myself and a lot of other poets.

And I'd prefer to read the book. :)

Cheers
