'Day All,
I have been searching 1911 newspapers looking for an article about an uncle of mine
who was lost in the wilds of Hornsby when 3 years old. Eventually found safe but tired and hungry.
Isn't it interesting the things one comes across like ads for hair restorer (could use some of that)
freckle remover, rustless ladies corsets and a letter from a woman whose baby would have almost
certainly died had it not been for the most beneficial effects of Cuticura Soap.
This one I thought worth showing -
INTERESTING ITEMS
More than (Pounds) 600,000 worth of cigarettes, the American Consul states,
were imported into Shanghai last year. They are taking the place of opium.
