This is the ONLY 'Adams - Farwell' automobile left in existence. Made in Iowa 1890 - 1913
Stationary crankshaft, engine spins. It never caught on, but its fun to watch. Air cooled.

Very interesting Ian, great to see how far things have come and how many versions of the principal have been tried...pretty understandable why they don't use this style of engine in the supercars...I doubt that it would stand up to 7000RPM somehow...

Be interesting to see how the engine was coupled to the transmission.
