And how are you today my dears
from all that fulsome Xmas cheer.
All bright and cheerful here am I
clear of head, and sparkling eye.
The man who doesn't drink, you know
is always well, yes, that I so.
The good news is, it's over, then
the bad news is, it comes again.

only 358 sleeps to Xmas.

Well, Ron, Heather, at least you are up and about. There wasn't a soul moving around here yesterday evening.

It's a hard day for the slaves of Santaism, exhausting work.

I see that Woolies today has already taken all the Xmas stuff off the shelves. I saw a big pantechnicon pulling into their driveway, I'll bet it's loaded with school clothing and school stationery. The next one will have chocolate eggs and chocolate rabbit figures. Mercy :x :x :x

On the bright side Neville, it gives someone a job. :) (Clearing the Woollies shelves)

Maybe you should only shop in between times and have your larder stocked up so you don't have to go out!

Up at the normal 5.50am this morning Neville, saw Sheryl off to work then started the housework, that is my job when she is working and I am not....and even when I am sometimes... :D Not ill or hung over at all today.
The kids and Grandkids are coming here on Monday so we will celebrate then, maybe I will be a bit doughy on Tuesday...from eating too much ;)

It's the Economy, Heather, like Nebuchanezzar's idol, at the sound of the music we must all fall down and worship the Economy.
