ABPA - Australian Bush Poets Association

Hi everyone - yesterday morning I was listening to an interview with Eric Bogle on NZ National Radio.
Although I have one of his CD's I have never really known much about him but have to say I found him fascinating to listen to and have spent some time this morning listening to some of his lyrics and watching him on You-Tube. What an incredible talent - he is one of the best singer/songwriter/poets I have ever heard. As somebody said - he could bring a tear from a glass eye! I know he is something of a National icon in Australia but then I wondered - is he a member of the ABPA? if not - he should be!

Yes Rod, I and many others here agree. He is also a fantastic entertainer - if you ever get the chance to see him live, grab it.
