Hoik aroused my interest see I thought it was just a plain old slang word that we used when we were kids but it is so much more than that.

n. a wild hook shot played without style
n. spittle.
v. To play such a shot.
v. To lift something up wildly.
v. To throw something out.
v. to spit.
