The old dual cab gear box shit itself and was quoted $ 3000 to repair but after working in the car trade for 14 years I know that will not be the final cost and all I would have is a good gear box in a crappy old car.

Thought it was about time I shed the last vestiges of my old life when I was married :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Spent yesterday cleaning it now that's the first time I have washed a car in 23 years ????

Beggars can not be choosey Heather. I would have gone for purple ;) ;) ;)

But I "Never look a gift horse in the mouth "

Sorry John ???? Where did I bring it from ???

Hey went for a drive and I can pass other cars now without getting a 200 mt run up and it even holds it's speed going up hills.

Gonna be a poem in there somewhere.

They make purple jeeps? It goes up hills? Astounding!

Why would you want to look inside a horse's mouth? And what does it have to do with bringing a jeep?

Too much rum Bobobby.

The past tense for buy does not contain an 'r' as you have in the topic name. Hence the question, "Where did you bring it from?"

buy = bought (not an "rrrr" in sight)

bring = brought

Easy :)

Yep, one of those moods :)

quickest way to rust a car out - washing it - you don't want to go there Robere ;) OOps Forgot you live on the coast where it's salty. Washing can be good in some circumstances :oops:
