G'day all,

I can't go to Tamworth coz I will be at a wedding in Cairns on Friday 4th Jan and plan on taking a week or so to make my way back to Brissie. Should anyone not be going to Tamworth and wish to catch up for a yarn anywhere between FNQ and the Great South East please send me a PM with a phone contact and I'll do my best to drop in. Already going to try and catch up with Glennie if my wheels take me that way but anyone twixt the north and south might find me at the door....if invited. Don't fret. I like to doss in local pubs. Might get out to Chillego to see where my mum was born and might wander back through Rocky and catch some old friends.

You might like to pm Veronica (Ronnie) Weal. She lives on the Atherton Tablelands and went out of her way to meet me in Cairns for a cuppa and a chat (3 hours). I had not met her before and she was (is) a very charming lady and a brilliant Poet. (won the Bronze Swagman more than once. I think it could be 4 times. hang on I'll check.....yep ) She and her husband, run a heritage village, - can't recall the name. Worth a Look in. I'm flat out. Catch you later.
