Shortage of CO2

I heard on the news the other day that there is a shortage of CO2 for making softdrinks. The two factories that produce CO2 as a by- product of whatever they make, have either got problems or have closed for maintenance. This has meant there could be a shortage of carbonated products such as soft drinks. So stock up on your soft drinks now!

Of course this does not apply to Marty who would never touch Carbon dioxide!

Heather :)

He's been very quiet hasn't he? Maybe he's had too much CO2.

Bob, where are you ?

I also heard (yes, I am bored!), that it has now been shown that dementia can start in the mid forties and those at most risk are those overweight, with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The brain can start to deteriorate from that age, particularly if you have those issues. So, you've all been warned!

Also....when one is under constant stress, the hormone Cortisol floods the brain, & affects the memory sticks!!! It buggers up ya memory. Great for poets, eh? And also.......er....um....

I remember driving through Daylesford in Victoria and there was a tap on the side of the road where you could get fizzy water for free. Maybe they can use that.

My brain has been deteriorating since about 10 years old so there's no hope for me.
unless I find my second childhood. :o

Me either! :)

Neville I don't know that you "find" a second childhood. You either didn't lose it or if you find it you have probably stepped into the world of alzhiemers - sadly. And we could change the thread once more about here I reckon....
