MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS

Post by Kym » Wed Dec 21, 2011 3:23 pm

Hi everyone,

Lots of you are sending in your membership renewal fees, by cheque, direct deposit or paypal, all of which are great. :D

BUT, can I please BEG you all ... if you pay by direct deposit, can you PLEASE include your NAME!!! I have heaps of deposits turning up in the account with the comment "ABPA fees", or "membership", sometimes no comment or description at all, which doesn't help me figure out which one of the hundreds of members has put the $ there.

Please help me out by simply including your name with any deposits. That would be much appreciated. ;)

Thanks,

Kym.
Treasurer.

Yes Maureen, you were one of the clever ones. Thank you.

But there is someone out there who won't be getting a magazine until I figure out who the money is from. Perhaps their paperwork is in the mail?

oops, I must be a bit slack... I know it is about that time again but I don't recall seeing how much the membership is this year, please refresh my memory and don't worry you will get a cheque from me....I'm still a bit of a dinosour when it comes to bill paying.

Hi Ross, Membership is still $33. When you get your magazine, there will be a loose page reminder in it with my address and other info.

Or if you want, you can join for 5 years for $150. Saves you having to remember in future ...

Also everyone - have you noticed on the address page, above your name and address, is your membership number (which is really just your receipt number so it changes every year) and your expiry date. It's just a handy little reminder we have included each time we send out a magazine so that you have an easy way of checking where your membership is up to.
