Sorry Hal, the ABPA doesn't have a 'constitution'!
The ABPA has "Modal Rules" for corporations like us which the ABPA adapted (you have a copy of the ABPA Modal Rules in the kit I handed over you).
There are a number of amendments to the, NSW Fair Trading 'Modal Rules" which the ABPA - amended and registered with the NSW Office of Fair Trading. The NSW Office of Fair Trading does not host the ABPA Modal Rules, they sit with us!

That version (included in your kit) is the one you would need to post.
