Nothing is up Dave. :)

You know very well all the learning , work and practice that goes into being a ballroom dancer. It just doesn't happen because you like it and have a bit of a go. Well, the same goes for poetry writing.
Alexander Pope is not really talking about dancing but about the hard work and application to learning the fundamentals of writing. Poetry writing or dancing; if we master the fundamentals then we are free to express and improvise our individuality.

Then again, not so unnoticeable so as that should be in itself noticeable.
