I can't believe this one hasn't made the "significant" thread list 8-)

Significant: sufficiently great or important to be worthy of attention; noteworthy. Having a particular meaning; indicative of something.

Does size matter?

Adonis? :?

I avoid cricket like the plague but do have a bit of a penchant for art galleries when I am in the vicinity of one and I rather like those 'arty' shows that one sometimes catches on TV - but I'd rather watch the grass grow than watch cricket.

Michelangelo created a famous sculpture that he called David. Of course the sculpture is really Adonis. It's a big statue Marty.

I know what you mean Maureen

Michaelangelo . . . is that his first name, second name or was he just the first trendoid not to use his spacebar between the two?

Well, there you go.... :) I'm not surprised we only know him as Michaelangelo.

Neville is it Michaelangelo or Michelangelo? You've used both.

I've only used one spelling ; Michelangelo. It's Italian for The Angel Michael.
