Posted this here again did not want to tarnish Zondraes reply

“Here’s to the crazy ones.
The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes.
The ones who see things differently.
They’re not fond of rules.
And they have no respect for the status quo.
You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them,
disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them.
About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them.
Because they change things.
They invent. They imagine.
They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire.
They push the human race forward.
Maybe they have to be crazy.
How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art?
Or sit in silence and hear a song that’s never been written?
Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels?
While some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.
Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world,
are the ones who do…”

Did you know that eating nuts is good for lowering cholesterol? Almonds, cashews and walnuts are the best and you only need a handful a day. Prunes are also good for lowering cholesterol.

Heather :)

They do have some sort of fat in them Bob - and I can't remember which it is - so that's why you only have a handful a day. If you want to control cholesterol by diet then nuts are the very good apparently (and don't forget the prunes). ,

8 grms of saturated fat per 100 grms Heather so that means if I only have 50 grms I'm getting close now how many cashews in 50 grms.

Not only do cashews have a lower fat content than most other nuts, approximately 82% of their fat is unsaturated fatty acids, plus about 66% of this unsaturated fatty acid content are heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, similar to those found in olive oil. Studies of diabetic patients show that monounsaturated fat, when added to a low-fat diet, can help to reduce high triglyceride levels. Triglycerides are a form in which fats are carried in the blood, and high triglyceride levels are associated with an increased risk for heart disease, so ensuring you have some monounsaturated fats in your diet by enjoying cashews is a good idea, especially for persons with diabetes.

Really depends how you read it ?
