..research shows that we can't multitask. We are biologically incapable of processing attention-rich inputs simultaneously. The brain naturally focuses on concepts sequentially, one at a time.

Nev I went to America a few years back to a conference and got to attend a course run by Julius called Picking and Keeping Winners. I still use the figures and facts today when interviewing people. He might have been a bit of an odd bod but what a motivator and great speaker.
