Thanks girls, yup all the future grandies will have a great time on that.

Dave, we laid turf - it's called Tropika, an african grass that supposed to be super tough in drought and yet it is soooo soft to walk on! It's not itchy so the kids can roll around on it too. It doesn't go to seed or get very tall, but stays dense. We're really happy with it. Problem is, now that it looks so good, the old grass beside it looks really 'orrible, so we might (when we get time) dig it up and turf it too!

Forgot to mention, this photo was taken only a week after the turf was laid! It filled in the lines really quickly and looks even better now.

Heather -yup, Noah will be 2 on 1/1/12. I can't believe how quickly that's gone. He can say everyone's name, except mine! He can say "m' in Mum, Oma and Amy, but as soon as we ask him to say "Mimmy", he says Plippy, and he nods as though he's absolutely positive he's saying it correctly. Koby is already 3 months old, and doesn't do much other than eat, sleep, poo and laugh. It's so cute when Noah gets him laughing!

Sue - of course you are welcome to come and play! I reckon we could easily fit 8 kids or more on there, or we could choof the kids outside and we'll stay inside in the aircon and have cups of tea and chatter.

Dave and Bob - I thought they were bikkies, but if you think they're buns, they can be buns!

Zondrae - that's funny! I hadn't heard that one before (and I hadn't noticed the boobs til you mentioned them).

I actually thought the Santa one was funnier, but no-one has commented on him! :)

“Holds 8 kids, Sounds like Grandmas feather bed

“Holds 8 kids 4 hound dogs and a piggy we stole from the shed.”

Good fun though hey.
