The shops in Melbourne were filled with chocolate fish at Easter this year. I just assume it's a new gimmick aimed at the Christian market.

fish and egg meal that rocks: Smoked salmon stack - on toast or bread, poached egg topped with avocado slices and smoked salmon, sprinkled with chives = yummo.

I remember a Gordon Ramsay episode where he took a chef bloke (American) to task over incorporating two of his favourite foods in a dish: chocolate and prawns. :? I wont repeat Ramsay's appropriate response here :)
