Hey I got a booking for February and the guy said i saw you a fella from WA perform last year !

So you must have made an impact Dave mate.

Apparently one of the designated "safe zones" to survive the end of the world (how that actually works logistically is beyond my comprehension ) is a triangular region surrounding Quilpie, in SW Qld.

And the locals of Quilpie have been somewhat amused at the influx of people coming into their town. I wonder how these folk feel this morning as they quietly pack their large supplies of dry food and skulk back to whence they came

I wonder what made it a "safe zone" and who started that rumour? The local publican possibly...

probably they now realize that thinking outside the square is often a waste of time

I wonder if real estate prices rose there

And maybe they thought they could buy land and not have to pay for it .....

If the world ended but Quilpie survived where would it be?

I'll be right if the world ends, because this very genuine bloke down the pub sold to me, at a very reasonable price, a block of land on the moon. I'l just move there.
