Hi Bob, many's the time I've wished we had an IT expert in the family. It really annoys me how it should all be so logical, but my brain seems to do a dance when I read the instructions, and I rarely get past step one without having to rush the machine into town at great expense. And we are so dependent on the things now, they're not luxuries, they're an essential part of life!
Anyway, hope you have a Happy Easter.
Robyn

What I fail to understand Robyn is how they can just ring up and say we are closeing tomorrow, The least they could have done is clear the backlog of repairs but then that would be good customer service which is sadly lacking in todays society.

I've got several poems started in the system for both the local radio and events and it looks like I will have to start from scratch to furfill my committments.

Oh the grandson is really happy as I'm paying him for a loan of his laptop overnight each day now he is godda succeed that kid lol.
Chip off grandads block ???

Well I've got 57 groups arriving in the park for Easter so for the next few days I become a garbageman as thats all i seem to do, The upside woould have been having a beer with all the happy family groups but remember I'm off the grog till my toe heals, bugger.

Cheers all and have a great Easter.

Bob

Happy Easter to you to Bob - is chocolate bad for your toe as well? Red wine, prawns, cheese - when all else fails there is still vegemite

mm,''we have an IT man in the family,

Trouble is every time he visits and sits at my computer for a few minutes, he changes things and then I can't find them or make them work like they did. I do the regular up-dates that come automatically so I don't understand why he wants to rearrange my desktop or shift files around so they are more economical. Or put things in folders, inside other folders.

But I must admit, when I have big problems he comes over reasonable quickly and the price is right.
