ooh, Sorry I'm so late in replying.
G'day Glenny and David, and all.

Firstly, Glenny, I had Carmel's book and I loaned it to someone.. needless to say, I haven't got it back.
I will have to ask next meeting. However I don't like my chances, We often have people come to our meetings a few times than stop. It is the early morning starts that puts them off. I am toying with the idea of starting a new group at 10am in a different location. I have your tutorial thank you. I have learned my lesson and have made a copy (which I laminated)
and I only lend out the copy. Also David's, (which I have also laminated) on file.

Secondly, David - thank you for championing my cause. I think I have a handle on the whole stress thing but it is hard to pass the information on to others.

I am pleased to say I have been having a few ideas and writing a bit lately. Only time will tell if there are any good ones in the batch.
