There you go, Bob's poem as translated by Google:

Christmas at the Beach

Playing on the beach footy lazing in the shade,
which by its nature is to say, what I say is Christ yeah female created He.
If the good is in the nature of things, that do not pay attention, but in the cricket a ton
in a few balls wacked beneath the wave, now it's really fun to Australians the fly.

Kids run every day fizzy drinks pigging
, where the "lamb of god's existence is not in adults, may go in to the night a stink.
Worn out, frazzled, but the true great sunburnt
of Christ, or the Aussie on the beach, what more can I say.

This is Bob's original poem, Christmas at the Beach

Its funny that the reverse translation from Latin back to English doesn't look like Bob's original

Just so you can compare

Playing footy on the beach then lazing in the shade
now that's what I call Christmas yeah mate we got it made.
Had a real good try at cricket but I never made that ton
wacked a few balls in the surf now that's real Aussie fun.

Kids are running everywhere pigging out on fizzy drink
when the adults want to sleep tonight there's gonna be a stink.
Worn out, frazzled, sunburnt but we had a real great day
an Aussie Christmas at the beach, well what more can I say.

Well done John might be another poetry form there

The purpose in life is to have fun.
After you grasp that everything else seems insignificant !!!

Google translations leave a lot to be desired

I can see it now, Bob. The 'Google Translate Method for Free Verse Writing'. Write a passage in English, translate it to a foreign or ancient language and translate it back to English. I'm sure it will be a hit.
