Mob comes from the Latin words " mobile vulgus " meaning the excitable ( or movable ) common crowd ( or the vulgar ).


So Maureen and Stephen, we bush poets are mobile, we can be moved ( to tears, to laughter ?) are we also vulgar ? :lol:

So none of us are individuals? To me a mob mentality applies more to Religion than to any art form. But one may interpret it as they please I suppose. But please do not bundle me in with the 'Traditionalist Mob'. I am part of a different mob. Oh hang on, we are all one mob? Maybe that is why so much Bush Verse is getting a distinct 'sameness' about it.

Just my two or three bob's worth.
