Homework 23rd April

Post by Wendy Seddon » Tue Apr 17, 2012 3:05 pm

A little help from my friends.

(THIS IS FICTIONAL FOLKS -
I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THESE KINDS OF FRIENDS!!)

Double, double toil and trouble,
memory’s gone and brain’s a bubble.
Eye of newt and toe of frog –
someone help, my head’s a fog!
Lizard’s leg and owlet’s wing,
can’t recall a flamin’ thing!

Shakespeare sanctioned such a brew
as answer to a snag or two.
If I got the stuff I need,
reptile’s tongue or noxious weed,
all beware ‘cause there I’ll be
scooping pools in poetry!

The second line seems to describe the problem everyone has, even it seems the experienced ones which was a decided surprise to me me as they all make it seem so effortless. Great to see you here again Wendy

Cheers
