MY DAD'S BELLY

Post by Cropduster » Wed Feb 04, 2015 5:48 am

MY DAD'S BELLY

My father jiggles as he walks
Or maybe just his belly
It hangs over his leather belt
And wobbles just like jelly

It grumbles when it isn't fed
I guess it wants some dinner
It wouldn't grumble quite so much
If dear old dad was thinner

At night I like to bounce on it
It's like a trampoline
I paint it orange once a year
But just on Halloween

I love my father very much
I know that he loves me
I think we are the best of friends
My dad's belly and me

At present I'm trying to get rid of mine although it doesn't jiggle when I walk. If it did I don't think I'd go walking. I like the trampoline bit. That would really illustrate well.
Keep them coming.

You and me both Wazza. Like father, like son where I am concerned.
