Tillaby-Willaby-Wallaby-One

Post by alongtimegone » Sat Nov 16, 2013 10:37 am

Tillaby-Willaby-Wallaby-One
lived by the sea with his wife and his son.
Raggledy-Scraggledy-Tumblely-Two
lived on a hill with a marvellous view.

Now Tillaby-Willaby-Wallaby-One
who lived by the sea with his wife and his son,
wanted a hill with a marvellous view
like Raggledy-Scraggledy-Tumblely-Two.

So Tillaby-Willaby-Wallaby-One
who lived by the sea with his wife and his son,
went up to the hill with the marvellous view
to see Raggledy-Scraggledy-Tumblely-Two.

Well, Raggledy-Scraggledy-Tumblely-Two
who lived on the hill with a marvellous view,
said to Tillaby-Willaby-Wallaby-One
who lived by the sea with his wife and his son

I’m tired of the hill with the marvellous view.
I want to live down by the sea like you.
So Tillaby-Willaby-Wallaby-One
who lived by the sea with his wife and his son

said to Raggledy-Scraggledy-Tumblely-Two
I have an idea that should really please you.
If we can agree that we’re happy to swap
you take the bottom and I’ll take the top.

So Raggledy-scraggledy- tumblely- two
who lived on the hill with a marvellous view,
went where Tillaby-Willaby-Wallaby-One
once lived by the sea with his wife and his son.

And Tillaby-Willaby-Wallaby-One
who lived by the sea with his wife and his son,
went where Raggledy-Scraggledy-Tumblely-Two
once lived on the hill with the marvellous view.

And so my dear friends if you chance to pass by
and happen to find yourself wondering why
their homes should be filled with loud peals of laughter.
It’s because they’ll live happily ever after.

Heather

A rollicking good read and a bundle of fun. This would be wonderful to read to a child or a class full of children. Well done :D

The purpose in life is to have fun.
After you grasp that everything else seems insignificant !!!
