she gave a ring and joined his life
and with those rings so they were wed
and promised so ‘til one was dead.

You would think 40 years was enough.

Heather, in defence I offer......

She was there.
She didn't care.
Next week She
will be elsewhere
On a plane.
Stop at Spain.
Paris then if dont rain.
Down to Florence on a train.
Sweden is a longer stay
To see our boy on the way
......................to Norway.
Then to Bangkok with the daughter.
She went too. Well, she oughta.
I'll be home alone and broke
so she don't mind my little joke.
